Our RFP to developers is complete and will become public today! This will be a very exciting time to see what creative opportunities come out of this request and we hope to have many proposals to help us choose what we may decide to do in the future. We hired a very well respected real estate attorney, with no ties to the Elks, in order to provide us with the best guidance for this process.
